研究方向
口服纳米医学:基于植物(如桑叶、茶叶等)、蚕丝蛋白(丝素、丝胶等)和合成高分子的药用功能和特殊理、化性能,我们试图利用其作为天然纳米药物或药物(如siRNA、pDNA、化学药物等)的载体材料,设计并构建各种新型纳米粒子、微米粒子、水凝胶或纤维等载药系统,用于多种炎症性疾病和肿瘤的诊断、预防和治疗。
